Mark & Maggie O'Connor Tempe Concert reviews
Too political
The Pink Floyd songs sounded awful. Got my money's worth left at intermission because I knew where the show was going. The anti drone feel sorry for homeless song was indecipherable as in, his voice was good. Left before I had to see "Trump is a pig" on the screen. Then 20 minutes of some other song about what appeared to be I think about the homeless ...or just a heroin addict? I'm not sure. What I'm getting at is this, I realize the views of Waters and Pink Floyd have always been left, like "the lunatic is on the grass"= Vietnam protest. Left at intermission getting to hear Welcome to the Machine, Breathe, Time etc. You can listen to the song and just like the song, or it could mean something to you either way, but Mark & Maggie O'Connor's new songs are basically a rant and worse, aren't good songs.
